Default Swirling Aura

Why doesn't it block Stone Daggers? I'd bet there are other examples of this, but I was doing the Lion's Arch Titans quest earlier, packed Swirling Aura, put it on-- every Stone Dagger hit. It says it blocks "arrows and magical projectiles"-- so that should include Flare, Ice Spear, Stone Daggers, Stoning, Water Trident, Fireball, Phoenix... anyone know what's up with that?

Oh... what the hell. Then Swirling Aura is completely useless, aside from its awesome animation. Give it a 30-second recharge, 45 even, and then I'd consider it, but 60 seconds is just way too much.

It could be the standard deal falling under the heading of, 'misleading or blatantly incorrect' description. (Not at you, at the person that wrote the descriptions.)

I have NEVER heard staff and wand attacks called 'Magical Projectiles' prior to this skill. Projectiles, Attacks, and when a skill doesn't affect both arrows and wand/staff hits, it'll be arrows that're the only attacks affected, in which case they specify arrows.
There is NO skill that specifically addresses wand/staff hits, and seeing as this skill includes arrows, I see no reason to start. Ranged Attacks would fall under the heading of both.

Magical Projectiles is the name used to refer to magical offensive spells that fire of a projectile that can miss through manual movement on the part of the defender, and do not automatically hit the chest piece.

Either this skill is in need of a description change, or it's broken like Mist Form used to be, one way or the other, and I hope it's broken. The effect sounded unique and interesting. If it's just the description that's wrong, it's overpriced and has a crappy recharge, like Magnetic Aura.

I took those skills out to play with a group of ice imps, which spam Ice Spear, a water-based magical projectile.
Their wand/staff attacks rarely hit, but the ice spears hit 100% of the time. Every ice spear animation that got to me dealt damage, eventually killing me with ease when Armor of Mist wore off, dealing 72 damage a cast.

It is definitely either broken or misleading, and I'm going to go out on a limb and venture- misleading.

[I apologize for the double post, but in this instance, I don't think editing a month old thread is going to share the information]
